Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zenlym, operated by Autodity. By creating an account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to them.
1. The service
Zenlym connects to email accounts you authorise and uses automated analysis to classify and prioritise messages, produce summaries, and suggest replies. It is a productivity aid, not a replacement for reading your own mail.
2. Beta
Zenlym is in beta. Features may change or be withdrawn, and availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on it as the sole channel for anything time-critical or legally significant.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must only connect mailboxes you are authorised to access. You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Automated output
Classifications, priorities, summaries and draft replies are generated by a language model and can be wrong. They may misjudge urgency, misread meaning, or produce drafts that do not say what you would say.
Zenlym never sends a reply you have not approved. Once you approve one, its content is your responsibility. Review before sending.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Zenlym to:
- access an account without authorisation;
- send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- evade rate limits or resell access without our written agreement.
6. Your content
Your email remains yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to fetch, store, process and display your mail, and to send messages you approve. We claim no ownership and use your content for nothing else. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
Zenlym depends on services we do not control, including Google, Zoho, OpenAI and our hosting providers. Your use of a connected mail account also remains subject to that provider's own terms. An outage or change at any of them may affect Zenlym.
8. Fees
Pricing, where applicable, is shown on the site. Beta access may be free or discounted, and that is not a commitment to future pricing. We will give notice before charging you for something that was previously free.
9. Termination
You may stop using Zenlym and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that poses a security or legal risk. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
Zenlym is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its automated output will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Zenlym. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to you directly. Continuing to use Zenlym after a change means you accept it.
